Focused on professional and business development, Echelon members are committed to the group and to one another. Members are passionate about their own success, and also the success of their colleagues.

Monthly Echelon forums provide a unique and highly intellectual curriculum, strategic and tactical success-building methods, and opportunities for developing significant professional connections. Meetings are conducted in a highly facilitative, interactive and dynamic format to provide members with an optimum learning experience.

Echelon members engage in pre-meeting study and research, and contribute their knowledge and experience to the group by serving as forum facilitators and speakers. In addition, prudently selected experts on a variety of topics and issues are scheduled regularly. And, as an important career-building benefit, members may engage in scholarly research and submit white papers on a variety of topics to business and academic publications.

Membership in The Echelon carries significant cachet. As members engage in meetings and projects, they develop their business acumen, vocabulary, social and presentation skills, critical thinking abilities and self-confidence. Membership

Membership in The Echelon™ is selective to ensure a stellar learning experience. Echelon societies are comprised of motivated professional women who are dedicated, supportive, inquisitive, and open to new ideas and innovative ways of achieving success.

Member profile:
Echelon members are out-of-the-box entrepreneurs and executives who are seeking to:

take themselves and their businesses to the pinnacle of their success
develop professionally and intellectually
become dynamic leaders in their companies and communities
make a significant impact in their fields or industries
become knowledge leaders
become effective agents of change
challenge themselves and their ideas
develop strong, cohesive business relationships

Membership criteria:
Candidates for membership must be female executives, professionals or entrepreneurs. A minimum one-year membership commitment is required. New members are invited to attend an orientation meeting.

Echelon members are required to:

complete pre-meeting reading and preparation
occasionally facilitate and lead meetings
support fellow Echelon members with solutions, ideas and strategies
attend meetings on a regular basis
abide by The Echelon’s Code of Integrity
sign a confidentiality agreement
