Dr. Debra Davenport Appointed to Graduate College Faculty
 
May 10, 2003. SCOTTSDALE, AZ. Debra B. Davenport, PhD, MPM®, LCC, president of professional mentoring firm DavenportFolio, has been appointed as an adjunct professor for the graduate college of the Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The Union Institute provides fully accredited distance learning opportunities for experienced professionals. The university has built an outstanding reputation based upon its philosophy of innovation and ingenuity in the area of graduate education.

"It is an honor to join the Union Institute's adjunct faculty," says Davenport. "I have admired the university's modern and creative approach to adult education for many years."

With this appointment, Davenport serves on the doctoral faculty. She provides in-depth analysis, guidance, and supervision of students' doctoral programs, as well as intensive learning experiences in a variety of disciplines.

Davenport has additionally created and presented a proposal to the Union Institute for the development of a post-doctoral program.

Davenport is a Master Professional Mentor(tm) and creator of the Certified Professional Mentor® designation and certification program. She is also a faculty member at the University of Phoenix.
