August 7, 2006. LOS ANGELES, CA. Dr. Debra Davenport, CEO of The Davenport Companies, Inc., has been elected to membership in the prestigious Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Davenport, who teaches public relations and entertainment industry-related seminars, will join the Academic Peer Group of the Academy where she will work with fellow educators to advance knowledge and awareness of the television industry.
