These are just some of the topics that are discussed in-depth during executive coaching sessions. As you review your responses, consider your “coaching readiness quotient.” Count the number of items you checked – are you ready for the FOLIO Effect™?

Your Score:

8-10:  You’re ready to make significant positive change and to engage in a fast-paced process of personal and professional development. You’re up to the challenge and open to new ideas.

6-8:    You’re clearly wanting to make positive changes, but may not be fully ready for the requirements and
commitment of an executive coaching relationship. You may wish to engage in some life coaching first, which will provide clarity and guidance to ensure maximum success in your executive coaching program.

5 and below: You may or may not be contemplating the level of change and personal/professional development that an executive coaching program delivers. Are there personal issues holding you back or keeping you stuck? Are you unclear about your life and career goals? Are there other concerns that might be preventing you from moving forward? If so, you might benefit significantly from life or career coaching, which will provide support and guidance as you begin clarifying your aspirations.
